When you see this sort of notation what does it mean?
You had a 267% (71%) chance of reducing the threat level of this system.
When it's in the single number % it makes sense but the two numbers are confusing me.

Yes. Plus the parenthetical figure - your "base rank" disruption (without GL) - counts all effective ranks plus all GL ranks in the acting fleet.
Example: rank 10, GL 10 solo:
R3: 482% (112%)
112% counts me as being rank 20 - acting rank 10, plus 10 GL ranks.
A straight rank 10 (no GL) would be 56% (56%) to disrupt a 3. _________________ 'The Voice' of Battle Group Nemesis
